Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

We hope you love every purchase from Pretty Unique Boutique.

If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused.
• In their original condition with tags attached.
• Free from perfume, makeup, fake tan, deodorant, pet hair or any marks or odours.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Eligible returns will receive either:

• An exchange (subject to stock availability), or
• A Pretty Unique Boutique Store Credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Where an item is confirmed as faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair, store credit or refund in line with your statutory consumer rights.

All sale, clearance and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or credited.
